The enrollment process is designed to be simple, informative and take minimal effort on the part of the benefit team. Once a plan designed is selected, we will provide an enrollment time-line and draft communications for approval. An eligible participant will receive a memo announcing the plan, links to a pre-enrollment education video and instructions on what credentials are needed to access the enrollment site. The secure site will include the sponsoring companies logo and benefit options specific to the approved plan design. Once enrolled, our team will help manage ongoing billing, new hires, terminations and claims.
